After a month without training I have returned to the #GYM, but this time I have changed gyms. As I write this my glutes hurt, which encourages me, since I challenged myself and we know what it means, but at the same time my back hurts and we also know what it means and that is that I made a bad movement or bad posture while training 🥹.


Después de un mes sin entrenar he regresado nuevamente al #GYM, pero esta vez me he cambiado de gimnasio. Mientras escribo esto me duelen los glúteos, cosa que me anima, ya que me desafíe y sabemos lo que significa, pero su mismo tiempo me duele la espalda y también sabemos lo que significa y es que hice un mal movimiento o una mala postura mientas entrenaba 🥹.
