Mientras escribo esto me duelen los glúteos, cosa que me anima, ya que me desafíe y sabemos lo que significa, pero su mismo tiempo me duele la espalda y también sabemos lo que significa y es que hice un mal movimiento o una mala postura mientas entrenaba 🥹.
