Running a little 👟

Two weeks ago I went to the orthopedist because my right knee has been hurting more often. The doctor allowed me to continue running but at a lower level and to wear shoes that are suitable for the activity. She also told me to take some medicine and vitamins for my ligaments and joints. Don't pay much attention to the latter because I can't remember the exact words she said to me.

Yesterday I decided to run a little, although I haven't really stopped running, I just haven't recorded it partly because halfway through I feel bad and I stop. Yesterday I was able to complete 4 kilometers but not at the best pace but I felt good, which is the important thing.


Hace dos semanas fui al traumatologo porque me ha estado doliendo la rodilla derecha mas seguido, la Dra me permitió seguir corriendo pero a un nivel más bajo y tener unos zapatos que sean aptos para la actividad,tambien me mando a tomar unas medicamentos y unas vitaminas para mis ligamentos o articulaciones, esto último no me hagan mucho caso porque no logro recordar las palabras exactas que me dijo.

EL dia de ayer decidí correr un poco aunque en realidad no he dejado correr solo que no he dejado en registro en parte porque a medio camino me siento mal y me detengo, el dia de ayer pude completar 4 kilómetros pero no al mejor ritmo pero me senti bien que es lo importante.
