Hello dear friends, I share with you my new venture, the truth is I don't know anything about baking but my best friend does and she asked me to do a venture together.
My friend has cerebral palsy and the truth is that doesn't stop her from doing wonderful things in her life, even if it means working twice as hard. The ponquesitos taste delicious and after making them she sells them at a nearby school where she was a special education teacher for many years, until she was disabled.
The nice thing about this new venture is not the remuneration, because at the moment I am earning one of her delicious cakes. The nice thing is to learn every day a little more about the courage, determination and resilience of this person who, when she sets her mind to something, strives to achieve it and has achieved great things since I have known her.
