A great sunrise to be up early and do course checks and set up. I wanted to leave the fallen tree branch on course so people had something to jump over but Caroine made us move it. This course is hard enough as it is with the creek crossing and near 90 metres of elevation gain.

There was a pretty good turn out this week but I stayed at the back and walked the first kilometre after having already walked 5km during set up. I ran and walked the next 4 km and ended up with an overall time of 38:44. Best of all my ankle was feel really good so it will be ready for a good hit out next week.

parkrun number 465 done.
