My friend drew the picture above. He's an artist, and I wanted to share how cute it was to my Liketu family.
Good news. Since I wasn't able to spend time with my family for Chinese New Year, I did end up getting Chinese food.
Show on the plate:
Liang Mian Huang - Crispy yellow noodles
Gai Lan - Chinese broccoli
Steamed fish
Eggplant
And something they called, "Princess Chicken". They described it as "orange chicken", but different. I'll give it a shot.
The Year of the Tiger reminds me of the the song "The Eye of the Tiger" by Gloria Gaynor.
Going to take on this new year like Rocky Balboa. Fighting!
