Nos sentamos en una mesa cerca de la ventana, desde donde podíamos ver el paisaje exterior. El menú ofrecía una variedad de platos tentadores, pero yo tenía claro lo que quería: pasticho, mi favorito. Lo pedí con una sonrisa, anticipando el delicioso sabor que estaba por venir.
Mientras esperábamos la comida, conversamos y compartimos historias del día. El ambiente del restaurante era relajado y la música suave de fondo creaba una atmósfera perfecta. Los niños se entretenían con sus dibujos mientras los adultos disfrutábamos de la compañía mutua.
Finalmente, llegó nuestro pedido. Mi pasticho lucía espectacular, con capas perfectamente horneadas de pasta, carne y salsa bechamel. El primer bocado fue un deleite para mis sentidos. La combinación de sabores era exquisita, y cada bocado me hacía disfrutar más del momento.
