Hello everyone 🙂, to begin I wish you a happy start to the month, I would like to tell you about something that happens to me and that could serve as an example to many. For some time now I have been suffering from "Insomnia", this is a sleep disorder in which there are problems falling asleep 😴 and staying asleep.
In my case I think that I think too much, I overthink things, something I can't fight against.
What do I do to combat insomnia? Physical exercises every day, at most rest once a week. I walk to nearby places, I avoid taking a taxi or bus when I know that I can reach my destination by walking, to all this I add good hydration.
So at night my body asks me for its well-deserved rest and I sleep without problems.
I also avoid excessive use of the mobile phone 📱 📴 or the TV 📺, or videos with content that could affect me emotionally, before going to sleep. Trying to find a state of relaxation.

The central idea is to create good habits to achieve a good sleep state.

💫My personal advice in case you, like me, overthink things.
-Let's let the situations that life puts before us flow.
-With respect to our projects, let's focus on climbing the next step, not the entire ladder, one step at a time. -Let's dedicate more time to taking care of our mental health, let's not overload ourselves with work or problems for which the solution is not in our hands.

Hola a todos 🙂, para comenzar les deseo un feliz inicio de mes, quisiera comentarles sobre algo que me ocurre y que pudiera servirle a muchos de ejemplo.
Desde hace un tiempo estoy padeciendo de "Insomnio", esto es un trastorno del sueño en el cual se presentan problemas para dormir 😴 y para permanecer dormido. En mi caso considero q pienso demasiado, sobrepienso las cosas, algo contra lo que no puedo luchar.

Que hago para combatir el insomnio?

Ejercicios físicos todos los días, cuando más descanso una vez a la semana. Voy caminando a lugares cercanos, evito tomar taxi o bus cuando se que caminando puedo llegar a mi destino, a todo esto le sumo una buena hidratación. Así ya en la noche el cuerpo me pide su merecido descanso y duermo sin problemas.
Evito al igual antes de dormir el uso excesivo del teléfono móvil 📱 📴 o la TV 📺, ni de videos con contenidos que puedan afectarme emocionalmente. Intentando buscar un estado de relajación.

La idea central consiste en crear buenos hábitos para lograr un buen estado del sueño.

💫Mi consejo personal en caso de que al igual que yo sobrepiensen las cosas.
-Dejemos fluir las situaciones que la vida nos pone delante.
-Con respecto a nuestros proyectos, enfoquemonos en subir el próximo escalón, no la escalera completa, un paso a la vez.
-Dediquemos más tiempo a cuidar nuestra salud mental, no nos sobrecarguemos de trabajo ni de problemas en los cuales la solución no está en nuestras manos.
