This is a great variant that I tried in a bar in Córdoba when I went to a wedding. Toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil, salmorejo (gazpacho bread) and mozzarella. It's amazing! I encourage you to try it at home.
With this you will hallucinate. If you like meat, you will love lard. It is simply delicious, since it contains pieces of pork and has a very greasy texture. It is highly recommended to take a walk and exercise afterwards due to its high caloric content!

And it is that one of the reasons why the south of Spain is visited is for its gastronomy. Therefore, the best welcome I want to give you, and the most important meal of the day, is breakfast!
You will be able to see several examples of typical Andalusian breakfasts, of which we are very proud and, unfortunately, we have become accustomed to them. For this reason, for an Andalusian, it is SO difficult to find a breakfast that is 100% attractive to our eyes outside our country.
