Saturday and Sunday are work holidays, so I am a little more free to do personal activities and help my family. At 07.30 WIB, I took my child to the state elementary school 7 in the Lancang Garam area, Lhokseumawe City. Before returning home I visiting at the D'Crown coffee shop to enjoy a cup of hot coffee there.
At 10.00 wib my wife called and asked me to buy chicken, eggplant, onion, garlic and some necessities for our family's lunch menu at home 😇😇. I had to obey my wife's request and immediately went to the Inpres market on Jalan Listrik, Inpres market. In the market, I have to really struggle and so that I can get some new and fresh necessities / items that I want to buy, because mothers are very agile in choosing good and fresh items there.
I arrived home after getting all the necessities my wife wanted. My wife start to prepared all the necessities for our lunch menu. I also tried to participate or help cook while preparing my smartphone camera 😂😂. Perhaps this is what is called "taking advantage of opportunities."
okay. We started by frying the eggplant. Fried eggplant is one of our vegetables that we love. But eating eggplant is very beneficial for health, which is good for the heart, can lower cholesterol, and is also good for the skin.
My job is very light, while my wife begins to mix up the menu for "sauteed" rembee fish, which is one of the typical dishes of the Acehnese people.
I only saw the method and ingredients prepared for the rembee fish stir fry made by my wife.
After cleaning the fish and cut into small sizes. then prepare the ingredients in the form of shallots, garlic, red chilies, a little tomato and added with stir-fried spices that have been purchased at the market and curry leaves for flavoring and fragrance.
How to cook :
After the cooking oil is heated, then add the sliced onion and let it rest for a moment or no more than one minute. Then enter all the spices that have been prepared and the rembee fish that has been cut into small sizes earlier. Right? How to cook is very easy but I don't dare to do it... 😂😂
