I tried tamnjanica from Serbia and it immediately won me over. This white wine has such a refined aroma - floral, with notes of ripe fruit and a touch of honey. When I brought it to my lips for the first time, I felt a gentle sweetness and a refreshing acidity, perfectly balanced. It's not too heavy, and yet it leaves an impression. It goes perfectly with light food, but honestly, I could drink it on its own, enjoying every sip. A real find!
