I traveled a few days ago to make a family management; those days, I mentalized myself to bring as much value as possible and rest a little.
The original plan was to go to different activities, such as clinics and pharmacies, accompany the recovery process of an ankle fracture, and enjoy the spacious townhouse, which has a yard and trees and is away from the bustle of the city.
I spent the weekend there, experiencing moments of absolute calm and tranquility. I felt grateful to spend a few days in disconnection.
Viajé hace unos días para realizar una gestión familiar, esos días me mentalizo en aportar el máximo valor posible, y en desncansar un poco también.
De hecho se fue el plan original, ir a las diferentes actividades que implicaba ir a clínicas, farmacias, acompañar en el proceso de recuperación de fractura de tobillo y aprovechar disfrutar la casa de pueblo, que es amplia, tiene patio, arboles y está lejos del bullicio de la ciudad.
Ahí estuve el fin de semana, pasé momentos de absoluta calma y tranquilidad, me sentí agradecida de pasar unos días en desconexión.
