In my country , more than half of the people are vaccinated. At least 2-3 injections per person, but why is the injection.
I think some people have had the disease and have recovered. For those who have not had this disease , don’t be afraid. Be mindful of buying medicines and vitamins.
Throughout the two years with Covid 19 I always keep on eyes on the news. I’m very cautious by wearing a mask and carry alcohol gel whenever i leave the house. I survived for 2 years. Finally, it was my sister who carried the infection to me without asking me if i was willing or accept it.☹️ I’m exhausted to describe my disappointment. I checked ATK i got infection. I immediately called my brother to buy me some medicines and vitamins. Then i was self- isolating for 8-10 days. It made me cut off from the outside world. I had to stop doing my daily activities like walking and jogging.
What do i do during self isolating ?
- I do light exercises such as yoga and aerobic.
- Read books that I bought and left unread.
- Calm the mind through meditation.
- Take more rest.
- Drink more water. Lemon juice with honey is good for throat irritation.
Besides, I choose to take vitamin C , B plus,Zinc and NAC. The most important thing is Thai herb Paniculata. I took Andrographis paniculata 3 times per day, my symptoms improved within 3 days.
After all , I noted that 3 doses of the vaccines , why do they still get this disease ? Vaccines are made to be sold for temporary protection? The rich are vaccine companies. Will the physical quality of a person be the same ?
