Every time I go to Tere's place, @tereneous, I always want to try Tuslob Buwa, but these days, as I went there recently, I got hooked on Proven or Proben.
It cost PHP20 (0.36 USD) per serving, and I forgot how much the hanging rice was. It goes best with the sweet and spicy dipping sauce. It is definitely a go-to place if you are looking for an affordable meal that is also very delicious. The place is also clean and sanitary.
I would really be glad to go there again soon. The location is near Southwestern University in Phinma.

I heard that proben to other Vloggers but I don't have any idea about it. Ano sa tagalog yan? And sweet and spicy sauce is the best in any street foods. Lalo sa lumpia ehe. Anyways, that hanging rice i want ro try that someday.
