since coming back from Koh Phangan this time My husband and I are gardening. When my children and grandchildren asked what I would do in the garden every weekend, I replied that I planted trees and watered the plants. It's just a simple job. Do you use it?
Do it like that all day and when it's evening.
Do you feel burnt on your face, tired arms and legs? The sun is very hot. Dig bamboo, move trees to plant, dig a planting hole, pull a hose to water the plants from a distance.
Walk several thousand and nine each day. My trusty tools are a spade, a spade, and two hands, haha.
Some days, people come to visit my garden and they ask why I plant so many trees. They wonder why I don't plant crops instead to help the economy. I jokingly reply that I plant kitchen garden vegetables and herbs. I prepare food without spending money. But in truth, I am intentionally and gradually planting various types of fruit trees that my family likes to eat. I plant banana trees to provide shade for all the fruit trees. If we can't sell the fruit, then we eat it ourselves. If we can't finish it, we share it or process it. If we just keep thinking and don't act on our ideas, we won't be able to move forward. In the third year of mixed farming, on weekends, I take my day off from my regular job and focus on working in the garden. It can be tiring, but it's a happy kind of exhaustion. When we are happy and having fun doing what we do, the feeling of exhaustion disappears. This garden is the new area where we are building a food source.

Thank you. I haven't planted rice yet. I used to plant seeds but they didn't grow well.
The soil isn’t suitable for rice, perhaps. Grow sweet corns!
