In Spain it's also still going backwards and it already was so low... I few weeks ago I was helping my son with what I thought were his English lessons. It's so sad to see that the educational levels are going down everywhere. The children are our future. I have no idea what's the reason behind. It should be easier as they have access to more tools as we had in our days.
