Hello guys....
Today I cooked one of the typical Indonesian foods, namely sticky rice with unti. Unti is a food made from grated coconut and brown sugar, usually paired with sticky rice or other cakes.
To make this food requires 2 stages, namely the first to cook the unti and the second is to cook the sticky rice. The ingredients needed to cook it are not many, to cook the unti you need ingredients: grated coconut, brown sugar, water, pandan leaves and salt. The ingredients needed to make sticky rice are: sticky rice, coconut milk, pandan leaves, bay leaves, and salt.
To cook it is also easy, cook the unti by melting brown sugar, then pour it into the grated coconut, add salt and cook until the brown sugar and grated coconut are combined and slightly dry. To cook the sticky rice is to mix all the ingredients and then cook like cooking rice in general.
And when everything is cooked, then the sticky rice with unti can be cooked, and because I want to make it look beautiful then I will print it using a jelly mold. Put the unti first, compact it, then add the sticky rice and transfer it to a plate.
