Some Chinese food today. I'll see if I succeeded.Chinese rolls filled with minced meat and vegetables: spring onions, garlic, ginger, chili, carrots, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage. In the first picture, they are fried in oil, in the second, hot air from the fryer. I prefer these in oil. I know the latter are the healthier versions, but the former tastes better
