Lunch... Chicken fillet, boiled potatoes and mushrooms in white sauce.. Green salad with spring onion, red pepper and avocado..
I did not bread the chicken fillet, but made a mixture of eggs, flour, milk and spices.. Salt, pepper, vegetables and red pepper.. Mashed it well.. Rolled the chicken fillet in hot oil.. Fine, soft and juicy.
