Last night I took the kids some baguettes and today I made some pastries, they are good.
In 500 ml of warm water, I put a tablespoon of dry yeast, a tablespoon of sugar and left it for 5 minutes to foam... I added 55 grams of melted butter, salt and kneaded it, adding flour (about 750 grams) so that the dough would not be hard... I transferred it to a work surface and worked it for about 5-6 minutes until it became smooth... I left it covered until it doubled in size... After that, I mixed it a little, divided it into pieces (weighing 60 grams each), shaped each piece into balls and then rolled it in string... I left it in a pan covered for about 30 minutes or until it doubled in size... I baked it at 175° for about 15 minutes... In the meantime, while they were baking, I melted about 50 grams of butter, added a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, half a teaspoon of garlic powder and a little salt... I mixed it... And when the pastries were taken out of the oven, immediately brush them with this mixture
