Almost the weekend is here and a short running but at hight pace! Beside the fact that autumn is already here, the temperature is still high so i need somebody electrolytes, vitamins and fluids for replenishment. Nothing better than a smoothie! Cheers!

Running is for sure in my daily routine! I usually run 10k but it depends on the mood! Are you also a runner?
