Saludos, amigos de #hive y #swc, hoy les vengo a compartir mi experiencia de entrenamiento de básicos del día de hoy. Hoy pude descansar bien, aunque, si realicé algunas diligencias en el día, igual, me sentía con condiciones para realizar mi entrenamiento de hoy. En lo que se me hizo la hora, me duché con agua helada, me alisté, y me fui a entrenar, aunque, tenía un poco de dolor en la muela, igual, fui a entrenar. En lo que llegué, comencé estirando mis articulaciones, muñeca, codos y hombros, y, realicé un circuito muy largo para calentar, y así, dar comienzo con mi entrenamiento.

Today I was able to rest well, although I did run some errands during the day, I still felt ready for today's workout. As soon as it was time, I took a shower with ice water, got ready, and went to train, although I had a little pain in my tooth, I still went to train. As soon as I arrived, I started stretching my joints, wrist, elbows and shoulders, and did a very long circuit to warm up and start my training.

Primero, comencé realizando 3 series de muscle-up+bardips+dominadas. Todas las lastradas me costaron mucho, ya que, el circuito de calentamiento, me dejó muy agotado, pero, pude realizar las 3 series sin ningún problema. Luego, realicé 3 series del mismo set, pero, esta vez, sin lastre, solo con peso corporal. Aquí me sentía más ligero gracias al lastre, y las pude realizar sin ningún problema. First, I started by performing 3 sets of muscle-up+bardips+dominations. All the weights cost me a lot, since the warm-up circuit left me very exhausted, but I was able to perform the 3 sets without any problem. Then, I did 3 sets of the same set, but, this time, without weights, only with body weight. Here I felt lighter thanks to the weight, and I was able to perform them without any problem. Then, I performed 3 sets of weighted pull-ups + bodyweight pull-ups. Here I did feel that I was running out of strength, but I was able to perform the 3 sets. Lastly, I performed 3 sets of neutral grip pull-ups + barbell pull-ups. I already felt that my back was not pulling, but, I was able to perform the 3 sets. I felt very exhausted from today's warm up, it left me with no energy, but, that didn't stop me from training well today, always with the discipline to keep moving forward.
