I am a die-hard Transformers fan. Since I was a child, I have been collecting Transformers trading cards and models. I even tried assembling an Optimus Prime model, which filled me with a great sense of accomplishment. I have watched every Transformers movie multiple times, never missing a single one. I believe that Transformers represent the childhood dreams of many boys.

This year, a new Transformers movie will be released, and I couldn't be more excited. In celebration of the June 8th, 2023 premiere of "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" in Singapore, life-sized statues of two characters from the movie—Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal—are on display at the Silver Garden in Gardens by the Bay. This is an absolute must-visit spot for me.

Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots, and Optimus Primal plays a significant role in the movie. Primal's beast form is a silverback gorilla, also known as Captain Gorilla. The two statues stand at an impressive height of 6 meters and 4 meters, respectively. Standing beside them, I couldn't help but imagine myself immersed in the world of Transformers. It's true what they say: a man never really outgrows his inner child.

The only regret I have about today's visit is the weather. Instead of a clear, sunny sky, the backdrop for my photos was filled with dark and deep green clouds. Nevertheless, the experience still brought me a sense of fulfillment as I was able to witness these magnificent statues up close, bringing my childhood dreams to life.

可惜父母为了赚钱
把我的金钢枪也卖了
