Enrrollado de carne molida rrelleno de jamon y queso amarillo/Ground beef roll stuffed with ham and yellow cheese

Saludo a la comuniad, hoy compartire con todos mi primera receta sencilla y suculenta de lo que fue el almuerzo del dia de hoy con mi familia, y no es mas que un ENRROLLADO DE CARNE MOLIDA RELLENO CON JAMON Y QUESO AMARILLO,para esta receta utilizaremos los siguientes ingredientes:

  • 500gr de carne molida de res

  • 200gr de jamon de pierna.

  • 200gr de queso amarillo.

  • Ajo, Pimienta, Sal, Oregeno.

  • 500 gr de pasta larga.

  • aceite vegetal para sellar.

    2 cucharadas de azucar para caramelizar.

Greetings to the community, today I will share with everyone my first simple and succulent recipe for lunch today with my family, and it is nothing more than a GROUND BEEF ROLL STUFFED WITH HAM AND YELLOW CHEESE, for this recipe we will use the next ingredients: * 500g of ground beef * 200gr of leg ham. * 200 gr of yellow cheese. * Garlic, Pepper, Salt, Oregen. * 500 gr of long pasta. * vegetable oil to seal. *2 tablespoons of sugar to caramelize.

Primer Paso. Marinar la carne de res con ajo, pimienta, sal y oregano, amasar la mezcla hasta formar una bola de carne homogenea.

First step. Marinate the beef with garlic, pepper, salt and oregano, knead the mixture until it forms a homogeneous meat ball.Segundo paso.

en un envoplast, previamente egrasado, estiraremos la bola de carne hasta formar un restangulo para posteriormente empezar a rellenar con queso y el jamon.

Second step.

In an envoplast, previously greased, we will stretch the meat ball to form a restangle to later begin to fill with cheese and ham.
Tercer Paso.

luego de estirar conmenzamos a rellenar con el jamon y el que de forma pareja.

Third step. After stretching, we begin to fill with the ham and the one evenly.
Cuarto Paso.

una vez relleno precedemos a cerrar de forma envolvente nuestra enrrollado presionando un poco.

Fourth step. Once filled, we proceed to envelopingly close our roll by pressing a little.
Quinto paso.

Precalentamos nuestra zarten con aceite y una cucharada de azucar para el sellado del enrrollado, cuando el aceite torne un tono moreno por la caramelizacion del azucar colocaremos el enrrollado sellando de ambos lados.

Sexto paso.

Una vez sellado por ambos lados agregamos la salsa de nuestra preferencia, en este caso utilise tomates peritas rojos muymaduros, cebolla, cuatro dientes de ajo, oregano y pimienta, (cicinar a fuego lento hasta obtener una salsa con una concistencia densa).

Sixth step. Once sealed on both sides we add the sauce of our choice, in this case use very ripe red pear tomatoes, onion, four cloves of garlic, oregano and pepper, (simmer over low heat until obtaining a sauce with a thick consistency)

EMPLATADO Para servir lo haremos con pasta larga y a disfrutar.
