Hi guys, I've been missing from the net for a while since I got the flu but I'm back with everything.
Yesterday I was doing a basic routine since I'm rusty in that area.
As always I was accompanied by my friend @edusw who always motivates me to overcome my limits with the routines 💪.

Hola chicos volví estuve un rato desaparecido de las redes ya que me dió gripe pero hemos vuelto con todo.
el día de ayer estuve realizando una rutina de básicos ya que estoy oxidado en ese área.
Cómo siempre me acompaña mi amigo @edusw el cual siempre me motiva a superar mis límites con las rutinas 💪.
MUSCLE-UP
We started the routine with a muscle-up which was complicated by the type of grip of the bar.
It's not the one we usually perform the routine so that increased the intensity💪.

Empezamos para la rutina con unos muscle-up la cual la verdad se me complicaron por el tipo de agarre de la barra.
no es la usualmente realizamos la rutina así que eso le aumento la intensidad💪.
BAR DIPS
We continued with excellent bar dips to strengthen the shoulders, triceps and chest.
The truth is that those 20 hit and after 10 I did them by inertia without thinking about the pain 😅.

Seguimos con bar dips exelentes para fortalecer los hombros, triceps y pecho.
La verdad esas 20 pegan ya después de las 10 las hacía por inercia sin pensar en el dolor 😅.
PULL-UPS
And not to lose the habit why not a couple of pull-ups.
The truth is that by this point I was already a little tired and even though they are few they cost once you leave them aside for a while XD.

Y para no perder la costumbre por qué no un par de pull-ups.
La verdad ya para este punto ya estába un poco cansado y a pesar de ser pocas cuestan una vez la dejas de lado por un tiempo XD.
PUSH-UP
And we top it off with some good push-ups to finish pumping up those muscles.
They look like simple push-ups but they always cost when you come tired from 3 exercises 🥵.

Y culminamos con unas buenas flexiones para terminar de hinchar esos músculos.
Parecen unas simples flexiones pero siempre cuestan cuando ya vienes cansado de 3 ejercicios 🥵.
WEIGHTED ABDOMINAL SUPPORT
Ok this is a bonus for abs I don't really know what the exercise is called but I guess it's something like "abdominal support with weight".
This part was really funny because I didn't know I could hold so much and with so much weight.
My friend Victo helped me to do it but at a certain point he didn't believe I could do it even though I told him, then my brother in law/trainer Felix showed up and started jumping and standing on my abdomen, surprisingly I held it for about 30 seconds and he did about 80k XD.

Ok este es un bonus para abdominales no se realmente cómo se llama el ejercicio pero supongo que es algo como "Soporte abdominal con peso".
está parte fue muy graciosa por qué no sabia que podria aguantar tanto y con tango peso.
Mi amigo victo me ayudó a realizarlo pero en cierto momento no creía que aguantaba más a pesar de que se lo dijera, acto seguido apareció mi cuñado/entrenador Félix empezó a brincar y pararse en mi abdomen, sorprendentemente lo aguante como 30 segundos y el peda como unos 80k XD.
