Hello everyone today I have another one of my favorite dishes. I choose to eat this menu as the first meal of the day. This menu is called Minced Pork Basil with Fried Egg. Thai call name Kaprow Moo Sub Khia Doa It's a simple dish that is common in a la carte restaurants. Every a la carte restaurant must have this menu. It seems that if you can't think of anything, you will have to order this menu. Minced Pork with Basil and Fried Egg It is a very popular menu. I'm one of those people who like this kind of food. I like to order this menu at restaurants inside the student dormitory. This restaurant offers a variety of a la carte menus to choose from. And what makes me like this restaurant's minced pork basil with fried egg is the seller can make stir-fried basil so that it is dry and not as watery.

Surprised a student dormitory has this kind of food available. Mind you, that's from the perspective of someone in the west. The equivalent here might be.. I dunno.. Mash Potatoes and Stewed Beef with Gravy I guess.

Recently, there is still COVID-19 in my city, so there are not many people sitting at the cafeteria. They are more likely to buy takeaway and order through delivery. 😁

Well I can't read Thai so I have no idea how many delicious a la carte on the menu but I can tell you dish is what I would like to try 😬
There are many student dormitories in Khon Kaen University. The cafeteria large not only students who come to buy food, but also the general public and staff working within the university come to use the service at this cafeteria.
Oh that’s why they look so good. They’re opening to the public, that’s good to give them more chance to rise their sales volume 😍
