Sun is something I like to avoid in the past few months, or perhaps I never liked the idea of sweating and entiring on an air conditioned room in my workplace because wet shirt being dried on the skin causes me back pains and more.
But this month, I had been very sick since September 3,I have been to many local hilot/healers but now I am finally feeling better and better.
During these times I realized I was lacking in water, exercise and sun due to my lifestyle and work. I honestly couldn't have time for exercise because I work 8 hours a day plus 1 hour lunch break and I am really tired when I come home and the kids demands my attention.
Yesterday, the kids and husband went ahead of me and I had the chance to go to my workplace 20 minutes early and so I took my time bathing in the sun feeling it's warmth and taking off my shoes to feel the earth, connecting with it to heal my body.
Sitting at my work table for 8 long hours breathing carbon monoxide from the air conditioner made me weak and sick plus many unhealthy habits I developed overtime and anxiety that made awake in the middle of the night oftentimes.
It's hard to juggle everything I had these days especially that I am not feeling all too well yet I am doing everything to be better and well that is why for now, sun and sweating will be my new best friends.
