Hola a todos. Un gusto saludarlos, el día de hoy les comparto una de mis prácticas de arte, retomando lo tradicional, el punto de partida de toda una trayectoria. Por más innovaciones y actualizaciones que hayan en el mundo, a mí siempre me parecerá más difícil lograr realismo en el arte tradicional, no hay una opción que deshaga un movimiento ni un pincel que te de toda la textura en segundos. Con esto no digo que el digital no sea complicado o arte en sí, solamente tiene ciertas ventajas, lo digo por experiencia propia ya que también pinto en digital.
Hello everyone. A pleasure to greet you, today I share with you one of my art practices, retaking the traditional, the starting point of a whole trajectory. No matter how many innovations and updates there are in the world, to me it will always seem more difficult to achieve realism in traditional art, there is no option that undoes a movement or a brush that gives you all the texture in seconds. With this I am not saying that digital is not complicated or art in itself, it only has certain advantages, I say this from my own experience since I also paint in digital.
Ahora bien, en el siguiente ejercicio el objetivo primario era replicar varias veces la figura para dominar mejor los errores de la misma, a su vez no pintando todas las replicas ni completando el proceso de las mismas, sino más bien poder observarlo en funcionamiento y en cada oportunidad mejorar la aplicación del color. El inicio de cada boceto fue a grafito para poder corregir los trazos, posteriormente delinear con bolígrafo. No se delimitó la figura completa, en cambio con pequeñas líneas guías difuminadas con limpiatipo quise mantener limpio el material en lo posible antes de empezar a rellenar.
Now, in the following exercise the primary objective was to replicate several times the figure to better master the errors of the same, in turn not painting all the replicas or completing the process of the same, but rather to observe it in operation and at each opportunity to improve the application of color. The beginning of each sketch was in graphite to be able to correct the strokes, then outlining with pen. The complete figure was not delimited, instead with small guide lines blurred with a typewriter I wanted to keep the material as clean as possible before starting to fill in.
Al momento de empezar la figura principal, usé un orden diferente al que había realizado en la primera figura, para aplicar los colores. La base fue enteramente de rojo carmesí, al estar escasa de tonos tuve que optar por rosado claro para las luces, y terracota para las sombras, únicamente en el costado izquierdo del oso usé violeta en poca cantidad combinándolo con blanco y rosa. El borde quise delinearlo con bolígrafo rojo. Espero que les guste, ahora en adelante estaré compartiendo estos bocetos y pruebas de color. Gracias.
At the moment of starting the main figure, I used a different order to the one I had used in the first figure, to apply the colors. The base was entirely crimson red, being short of tones I had to opt for light pink for the lights, and terracotta for the shadows, only on the left side of the bear I used violet in small quantity combining it with white and pink. The border I wanted to outline it with red pen. I hope you like it, from now on I will be sharing these sketches and color proofs. Thank you.

Así es querida. Pienso exactamente lo mismo. El arte tradicional requiere de un dominio superior de la técnica. Me encanta dibujar en digital pero siento que es algo que debo llevar a la par. Justo en mi post de hoy estaba hablando de las texturas, en mi caso del vidrio y en la técnica de pintura que recién estoy comenzando.
Me encantó el resultado, sigue así.
