I have often found myself contemplating cosmetic surgery, thinking about changing aspects of my appearance that don't quite suit me. Yes, my breasts are small and my belly button isn't exactly how I'd like it to be. But, deep down, I feel a silent fear at the idea.
This fear, perhaps, is a sign that I value the health and integrity of my body more than any beauty ideal imposed by society. Despite my perceived imperfections, I must remember that I am healthy and whole, and that is a gift to be treasured.
To be grateful to God, to life itself, is to recognize the beauty in every part of me, even those that do not conform to conventional standards of beauty. It is to accept myself with love and compassion, knowing that my value goes beyond my physical appearance.
So today, I choose gratitude for the health and wholeness of my being. I am grateful for the opportunity to live and love, and I commit to embracing my body with all its splendor and imperfections. 🙏💖

I believe that cosmetic surgery should not be necessary unless there is a serious accident. I believe that to feel good about ourselves we just need to do some movement and keep our body trained.
Yes, you are right, then I think back and I believe that we have a perfect body in the eyes of the creator.
