Apam Aceh, which residents call takjil. This traditional culinary tradition originated in Pidie Regency and then spread throughout Aceh. In fact, in their Hijri hometown, there is a special Apam kenduri (party) to commemorate the month of Sya'ban Rajab.

To celebrate Ramadan, apam can be enjoyed as a special takjil. Apam Aceh sellers offer specialty takjil stalls in most parts of Aceh including Banda Aceh. How to make it is not difficult and does not require a lot of ingredients.
