It must be nice to walk along the street the sidewalk of which is paved with new paving slabs.
Yes indeed it is pleasant and probably it is very fun to ride a bicycle along such a sidewalk with a breeze and without too much shaking.
But if you walk along this or that street and see a very shabby fence behind which there are skewed wooden houses the paint of which has long since peeled off and the wood has begun to rot then with a high probability you have a kindergarten in front of you.
Yes the priorities are very strange it is very stupid and thoughtless to invest in the sidewalk but there is no money to repair the kindergarten.
In theory the worldview of people many people who attended kindergarten in childhood is born there because there they learn some kind of independence I don’t know for sure I didn’t go to kindergarten but i have a guess lol.
So after leaving the kindergarten these people when they grow up pavements will be built again but will not pay attention to miserable kindergartens.
