¡Wuao! Haber pagado con mi propio peculio, con mi trabajo, el primer recibo de energía eléctrica a mi nombre representó un total éxito, aunque ese trayecto estuvo cargado de ¿Miedo, temor?, hacerme miles de preguntas ¿Será que podré afrontarlo o tendré que llamar a mis padres para que al final terminen pagándolo? No fue nada fácil, pero recibir el primer pago de mi sueldo por la labor realizada con mucho amor y poder honrar las deudas, comprarme lo que quería, sin tener que esperar por nadie, para mí eso ha representado uno de mis mayores éxitos y por eso agradezco por lo que he logrado. De allí en adelante, me arriesgué, porque el que no lo ha hecho ni gana ni pierde, pero hay que trabajar por ello. De acuerdo con mi apreciación, el éxito será relativo. Lo que para mí estará representado es el de rescatar un animalito de la calle, para otro sencillamente será haber conquistado a ese ser que le gustó, le pidió el empate a lo venezolano y este aceptó. Lo que para alguien conquistar algo significará una celebración, el mismo hecho no tendrá significado alguno para el otro. El saber que también podía asumir riesgos, el de independizarme y evaluar si podía o no llevar las riendas de mi vida, de los metros cuadrados que me tocaran habitar y asumir los compromisos que de eso derivará y honrarlo, eso ha sido un éxito total y agradezco por lo que he logrado. El éxito de haber trabajado caminando más que una loca para cumplir las metas asignadas donde laboraba y ganarme los incentivos de bonos mensuales y trimestrales, para reunir la cuota inicial para la adquisición de mi casa, eso realmente ha sido uno de mis mayores éxitos, haberme graduado, el haber atendido a mis padres y darle la satisfacción de ser una buena hija, hermana, tía, amiga, entre otros de haber cumplido uno de mis tantos sueños, mis anhelos, esto mis amigos han sido muchos éxitos logrados, pequeños, medianos, grandes y los he celebrado. Wow! What for someone conquering something will mean a celebration, the same fact will have no meaning for the other. To know that I could also take risks, to become independent and evaluate whether or not I could take the reins of my life, of the square meters I had to inhabit and assume the commitments that would derive from that and honor it, that has been a total success and I am grateful for what I have achieved. The success of having worked harder than crazy to meet the goals assigned where I worked and earn the incentives of monthly and quarterly bonuses, to meet the down payment for the purchase of my house, that really has been one of my greatest successes, having graduated, having taken care of my parents and give them the satisfaction of being a good daughter, sister, aunt, friend, among others, of having fulfilled one of my many dreams, my desires, this my friends have been many successes achieved, small, medium, large and I have celebrated them.

Pero, lo realmente importante será que lo que trabajemos como hormiguitas, paso a paso, codo a cado, con el sudor de nuestra frente y cuando hacemos las cosas de corazón, con ímpetu, las ganas, para lograr un objetivo, una meta, será motivo de celebrar el éxito por lo logrado, por lo consquistado. Sobretodo cuando ayudamos y apoyamos para que los demás sean exitosos, eso será hermoso.
Todo lo descrito en el preámbulo nos dará alegría y activará las hormonas de la felicidad: la dopamina, la endorfina, la serotonina y la oxitocina danzarán a nuestro alrededor trayendo bienestar a nuestras vidas. Bueno, en mi caso saltaré de alegría y lo celebraré con las personas que son importantes y lo agradeceré. .
Cada quien trabajará a su manera para alcanzar el éxito. Eso sí, de mi parte intentaré siempre saborear el éxito sano, el bueno, el trabajado con honestidad, sin pasar por encima de nadie, sin dar zancadillas. Ya que al final ese éxito dependiendo del cómo se haya logrado, sabrá ¿A miel o a hiel? Eso, mis queridos y apreciados lectores será de libre albedrío, de cómo quiera saborearlo, será decisión de cada quien. Toso eso lo representará el éxito personal.
También se dará el éxito colectivo, el trabajo en equipo, trabajar en determinado proyecto. El éxito de uno será el éxito de todos. Si en un equipo alguien no se sintiera comprometido con la ejecución, eso muy probablemente echaría todo a perder. Debido a que al final el éxito colectivo, será una sumatoria de los éxitos personales.
Trabajar con honestidad por los éxitos que deseamos alcanzar, ayudará a rodearnos de personas que bailen con nosotros, y a las que también aportemos cosas positivas en su vida y también celebremos sus triunfos. Algunas veces será necesario, porque el universo nos devolverá en la justa medida de lo que hemos dado.

Gente bella de #Empowertalent, aprendí que muy probablemente, cuando caigamos, nos tomarán de la mano para ayudarnos a levantarnos, porque somos seres que vivimos en colectivo.
