Espero que se encuentren bien y felices. Encantada de participar en los encuentros de talentos, que siempre me permiten analizar y reflexionar cómo funcionan mis talentos y que puedo hacer para potenciarlos. Aunque voy algo tarde, no podÃa dejar de abordar el tema del liderazgo.
Siempre me he considerado lÃder. Es algo difÃcil para mà no liderar ni tomar las riendas de algún proyecto o de algún trabajo. SÃ, soy un poco controladora y me gusta llevar el control de cómo se hacen las cosas. He trabajado en bajarle dos a esta actitud y dejar que sean otros los que tomen la batuta en ciertos aspectos, como relaciones y trabajos limitandome a lo que realmente me corresponde y permitiendo que otros muestren lo que tienen para aportar.
Aprendà acerca de mi liderazgo cuando decidà emprender con Poeticabyg, porque es un proyecto que requiere que lo lidere y lleve sus riendas para que pueda cumplir con los objetivos que tenemos. Liderar mi emprendimiento me ha hecho ver que no es solo el arte que hago, sino también todas las demás directrices de administración, manejo de redes, organización de metas por lograr y muchas otras áreas que organizar y hacer encajar para lograr que todo funcione. Un buen lÃder no se trata de dar órdenes y mandar, sino de que dicte las órdenes y guÃe en el camino correcto para que se cumplan las metas.
En la evolución de Poética, inicie trabajando sola, poco a poco fui involucrando a mi mama en el proyecto, ayudándome en talleres y enseñándole. Ya ahora me ayuda a tomar decisiones y se encarga de cosas en las que no soy buena y ella es magnifica. Para este 2025 estamos creciendo más y añadiendo a una buena amiga, para ofrecer más servicios y aprender un poco de todas. Ella es buena haciendo cajas y es muy diligente, asà que es una excelente adición al equipo.
Me gusta liderar, pero más me gusta contar con un equipo que está dispuesto a todo y tiene presente cuales son las metas que queremos cumplir para que apoye en nuestro crecimiento tanto de Poética como personal.

I hope you are well and happy. I am delighted to participate in the talent meetings, which always allow me to analyze and reflect on how my talents work and what I can do to enhance them. Although I am a little late, I could not fail to address the topic of leadership.
I have always considered myself a leader. It is somewhat difficult for me not to lead or take the reins of a project or a job. Yes, I am a bit of a control freak and I like to keep track of how things get done. I have worked on toning down this attitude and letting others take the lead in certain aspects, such as relationships and jobs by limiting myself to what I really have to do and allowing others to show what they have to contribute.
I learned about my leadership when I decided to start Poeticabyg, because it is a project that requires me to lead and take the reins so that I can accomplish the goals we have. Leading my venture has made me see that it is not only the art that I do, but also all the other guidelines of administration, network management, organization of goals to achieve and many other areas to organize and make it fit together to make it all work. A good leader is not about giving orders and commanding, but about dictating orders and guiding in the right way so that goals are met.
In the evolution of Poética, I started working alone, little by little I started involving my mother in the project, helping me in workshops and teaching her. Now she helps me make decisions and takes care of things that I am not good at and she is magnificent. For this 2025 we are growing more and adding a good friend, to offer more services and learn a little from everyone. She is good at making boxes and is very diligent, so she is an excellent addition to the team.
I like to lead, but more than that I like to have a team that is willing to do anything and has in mind what are the goals we want to accomplish to support our growth both in Poetics and personally.
