@talentos y @angelica7 nos hablan sobre esa libertad de nuestras ideas que nos ayudan a potenciar ese talento que tenemos y es justamente en mi caso, al momento de tener estos bloqueos o estar sin ese punto fijo de concentración y dominio, donde uno de los pasos es literal liberarme, dejar fluir ideas, dejar fluir por medio de diversas acciones a todo lo que tiene mi mente para ofrecer al momento y, aunque esto suele durar, el resultado es algo que simplemente es de mi total agrado.
The moments when we are clouded and do not know or do not see that direction when creating lead us to experience many characteristics such as wandering, overthinking, looking for some external method to return to that path of inspiration, in short, any tool that helps us return to that safe route, and it is right here where we have all experienced what creative blockage is.
@talentos and @angelica7 talk to us about that freedom of our ideas that helps us enhance that talent that we have and it is precisely in my case, at the moment of having these blocks or being without that fixed point of concentration and mastery, where one of the steps is literally to free myself, let ideas flow, let everything that my mind has to offer at the moment flow through various actions and, although this usually lasts, the result is something that is simply to my total liking.
Para mí es algo que me pasa muy seguido el estar en esta situación donde mis ideas fluyen a la primera, encontrando esa rapidez incluso al redactar o hacer alguna idea, ya sea una manualidad, algo de mi casa o incluso en lo que es mi propio proceso para organizar con mi agenda y escribir todos los pendientes, así como esos momentos donde, aunque me siente en mi cama con todo listo para empezar, es donde las horas pasan sin cesar y toca aplicar métodos. Y es que dejar nuestras ideas libres no se trata solo de hacer una lluvia de ideas o lanzar al azar todo, esperando dar con la clave; se trata más bien de experimentar y ver todos los aspectos, algo como ver varias puertas donde cada una lleva a una idea y a una forma de ver, y entre tantas dar con la que realmente conecta con nosotros y, para mí, sin duda es todo un camino de diversas acciones. Hasta que llega eso que impulsa lo que quiero y lo potencia.
¿Y entonces por dónde comienzo yo a dar libertad a mis ideas? Para mí, mi primer paso es el automeditar. Básicamente, es hablar conmigo misma tratando de ver diversas opciones y alternativas a futuras creaciones, esto mucho antes incluso de tener algún bloqueo creativo o algún objetivo a realizar, y esto lo hago para ya tener en mente y conciencia de posibles ideas, las cuales no siempre serán realizadas tal cual o seguirán la misma línea, pero el punto es conocer y tener una base de todo aquello que puedo llegar a hacer, las cuales suelo escribir todas y cada una de estas en mi agenda o block de notas, ya que suelo tener siempre esto a mano; es algo así como mi diario de ideas. Y el porqué de esto es porque, incluso no teniendo un bloqueo o estancamiento de mi talento, me suele dar herramientas potenciadoras incluso mientras estoy en medio de algún objetivo; es como un empujón que me hace llegar más lejos.
For me, it is something that happens very often to me, being in this situation where my ideas flow at the first opportunity, finding that speed even when writing or doing some idea, whether it is a craft, something for my house or even in what is my own process to organize with my agenda and write down all the pending items, as well as those moments where, even though I sit in my bed with everything ready to start, it is where the hours pass without stopping and it is time to apply methods. And the fact is that letting our ideas free is not just about brainstorming or randomly throwing everything out, hoping to find the key; it is more about experimenting and seeing all the aspects, something like seeing several doors where each one leads to an idea and a way of seeing, and among so many finding the one that really connects with us and, for me, it is undoubtedly a whole path of diverse actions. Until that which drives what I want and empowers it arrives.
And so where do I begin to give freedom to my ideas? For me, my first step is self-meditation. Basically, it is talking to myself trying to see different options and alternatives for future creations, this long before even having a creative block or a goal to achieve, and I do this to already have in mind and awareness of possible ideas, which will not always be carried out as is or follow the same line, but the point is to know and have a base of everything that I can do, which I usually write each and every one of these in my agenda or notepad, since I usually always have this at hand; it is something like my diary of ideas. And the reason for this is because, even if I do not have a block or stagnation of my talent, it usually gives me empowering tools even while I am in the middle of some goal; it is like a push that makes me go further.
Y es que tener ya plasmadas estas ideas me ayuda siempre al momento de conversar sobre estas, tener mis referencias y ya establecidos estos puntos para entablar mejor y guiar el intercambio de ideas con las palabras correctas. Esto me ayuda mucho, ya que aunque suelo concentrarme mucho y tener mi momento solitario al crear algo, que no puedo negar, es que antes de esto ocupo tener personas con quien tratar esto, con quien poder liberar y que sus palabras me ayuden a ver mejor mis herramientas y cómo darles mejor forma, ya que para mí compartir esto es parte de tener estas ideas liberadas a otras mentes, y como dije anteriormente, no solo al momento de ser creativos, sino también con todos los talentos que podemos explorar, como el dibujo o manualidades, en los cuales casi siempre, en mi caso, haré siempre esta base de ideas antes de desarrollarlas incluso teniendo varias de estas a la vez lo cual es una de mis caracteristicas.
Y es que cada talento que obtenemos partirá de varias visiones y pasos, dejar objetivos marcados y sobre todo esa confianza que marcará su resultado y esto dependerá de qué tanto podamos abarcar. Esto es algo que incluso al momento de tejer marcó mucho una diferencia, ya que durante un tiempo tuve una idea de probar a tejer con bolsas. La curiosidad me llevó a dar esa libertad y explorar mis ideas, las cuales me hicieron realizar mis primeras creaciones en tejido que no solo demostraron esa habilidad, sino que potenciaron esa capacidad de ir más allá y poder innovar incluso en algo ya aprendido; lo mismo con la costura, pero en ese caso en conjunto con mi madre; las manualidades en pulseras y demás talentos que, mediante el ingenio, he podido potenciar con ideas.A lo que voy es que para mí mis ideas pueden liberarse en cualquier momento, por eso me gusta escribirlas para tenerlas a mano y experimentando sobre justamente cuándo usarlas como ese potenciador, cosa que a lo largo de mi vida se ha convertido en un sello o algo característico que me representa y que incluso me identifica mucho.
And having these ideas already written down always helps me when talking about them, having my references and these points already established to better establish and guide the exchange of ideas with the right words. This helps me a lot, because although I tend to concentrate a lot and have my solitary moment when creating something, which I cannot deny, is that before this I need to have people to discuss this with, with whom I can release and whose words help me to better see my tools and how to give them a better shape, since for me sharing this is part of having these ideas released to other minds, and as I said before, not only when being creative, but also with all the talents that we can explore, such as drawing or crafts, in which almost always, in my case, I will always make this base of ideas before developing them even having several of these at the same time, which is one of my characteristics.
And the fact is that every talent we acquire will come from various visions and steps, leaving marked objectives and above all that confidence that will mark its result and this will depend on how much we can cover. This is something that even at the time of knitting made a lot of difference, since for a time I had an idea of trying to knit with bags. Curiosity led me to give that freedom and explore my ideas, which made me make my first creations in knitting that not only demonstrated that ability, but enhanced that capacity to go further and be able to innovate even in something already learned; the same with sewing, but in that case together with my mother; crafts in bracelets and other talents that, through ingenuity, I have been able to enhance with ideas. What I am getting at is that for me my ideas can be released at any time, that is why I like to write them down to have them at hand and experiment on exactly when to use them as that enhancer, something that throughout my life has become a seal or something characteristic that represents me and that even identifies me a lot.

Me parece genial eso de automeditar y escribir todas tus ideas, como si fuera un diario creativo. Eso ayuda a tener un mapa mental de todo lo que uno puede lograr. Si profe es como dice , incluso a veces suelo ser algo muy insistente cuando quiero consultar esas ideas y buscar esos otros enfoques y claro siempre partiendo de ese diario que casi que no suelto .

Liberar nuestras ideas no es algo que se deja al azar, pues aún teniendo muchas sobre algún tema en particular, igualmente necesitamos tomarnos el tiempo para organizarlas y darles el sentido que deseamos alcanzar. Meditar es muy importante, y es una clave que de inicio nos permite mantener el equilibrio necesario para poder plasmar en nuestro contenido todo lo que deseamos expresar ☺️
