Puedo decir que entendiendo lo que es el liderazgo, viene a mi mente que es la capacidad que tienen algunos individuos de inspirar, motivar a grupos de personas, en cualquier área, en cualquier lugar, pero es que nunca falta un, pero, existen personas que tienen mucha confusión con lo que es realmente el liderazgo.
Esta semana nuestra amiga @angelica7 nos reunió con este tema que siempre tiene algo para agregar. He conocido lideres con mucho ego, es decir, el ego algo elevado, tratando a su personal y grupo a dirigir como a los esclavos, con gritos, malas palabras y hasta con amenazas. No debe ser fácil para nadie estar al mando de estos seres, muchos soportan a estas personas y terminan enfermos ya sea por necesidad o por tenerlos en casa, se vive con miedo y un sometimiento enfermizo.
El líder y su liderazgo de esgrimir cualidades como la que se repite en muchas oportunidades, pero no solo decir que se hace; es hacer la tarea de tener empatía, tener buena comunicación con la boca, cuerpo y alma, que se note y que se sienta. tener seguridad en cada decisión porque sus seguidores apuestan a él por ser la piedra angular.
Así que debemos saber que hay liderazgos negativos. Gente inclinados a la maldad, pero también hay quienes los siguen ciegamente hacia el camino del mal y la perdición, pero aun así arrastran a personas.
Son temas que se pueden extender, podemos profundizar, leer muchos libros que se dan a la tarea de aclarar y dar ejemplos de ser un buen líder y llevar a nuestro grupo por un buen camino.
