¡Soy una flama que no se extingue!
Cordiales saludos miembros de #empowertalent, por acá incorporándome por primera vez a la disertación, con emocionalidad y empatía discursiva, para nutrirme y acicalarme de la estética que complace la multirreferencialidad del aporte grupal, consintiéndome en el fluir de entramados de aprendizaje colectivo, propios de las bondades de la dialéctica. Con satisfacción me sumo para añadir mixtura y emulsión a mis vivencias, remozando así mi ser en el hacer, con pluralismo reflexivo y sin improntas arrogantes de la razón.
Para esta ocasión, se nos invita a engalanar la esencia de nuestra condición humana, socializando sobre el amor propio, llamado donde concurrirán innumerables miradas y conceptualizaciones, que revalidarán su naturaleza polisémica y complexa, condicionada y versada por las experiencias vividas de quienes las significan. Vayamos, pues, a las revelaciones de este sortilegio nutricio, que ennoblece y dignifica a quien lo aviva, con palmario instinto.
Mi transitar evolutivo y vibracional con el amor propio, ha estado saturado de matices y en ocasiones de considerables errores, debido a mi menoscabo en su aceptación. Tuve días oscuros en los que trepidaba en la carencia, el vacío y la insatisfacción, con una autoestima abreviada y exigua, arrinconada por la negatividad.
Los momentos de plenitud y bienestar eran escasos y, aunque vivía en gratitud, esta no era holística, le faltaba sazón y esencia fecunda. Deambulaba en la desconexión con un sentido de la vida vago e impreciso, disperso e inundado de tristeza, porque, aunque comprendía lo que era el amor propio, no lo accionaba en mí, aminorando y menguando mis talentos, dilapidando el valor de tenerme a mí misma.
Mi existir se banalizaba por la fuerza de ficciones institucionalizadas como calendarios, horarios, rutinas, hábitos, costumbres. La cotidianidad, convulsa y posesiva, se apropiaba de mí, estandarizando y ejerciendo su pesada carga de inercia, cosificando y maniatando los momentos de felicidad.
Pero el punto de inflexión llegó, en un día luctuoso en el que perdí a un ser muy querido y la transmutación se hizo presente, desencadenando la necesaria introspección, para brotar la amabilidad conmigo misma y el auto-amor. Desde ese día fui aprendiendo a valorarme, a ser compasiva y comprensiva, reconociéndome y regocijándome de mis esfuerzos. Soy yo, el refugio seguro donde encontraré el amor sin mezquindades, la fuerza para ser feliz y seguir adelante.
Mi amor propio es distinguido porque me ama como soy, no me juzga y comprende que los traspiés son parte del proceso evolutivo y generan aprendizaje. Es el lenitivo de mi alma, expresión de espontaneidad emotiva, es energía que me potencia y transforma. Es mi socorro para superar desatinos, consolador en mis desventuras, elocuente y florido en su aceptación, celestino y osado en los anhelos y voluntades. Paciente y comedido, en los arrumacos del corazón, es felicidad y paz a mi espíritu. Me arrulla con su armonía deliciosa, esa que me embelesa y me embriaga sin confines.Pero también, es desafiante y provocador en sus cuestionamientos, conduciendo con intriga los viajes del pensamiento, alimentando la permanente indagación y fertilizando mis ideas.
Fluyo en la ipseidad que nos otorga nuestros encuentros, donde medito y renuevo acuerdos tangibles y veraces, liberándome de miedos e inseguridades, emperifollándome de optimismo, siendo gentil y dignificando el valor de mi tiempo y energía. Así mismo, indagando en lo más profundo de mi esencia, todo el amor para dar y regocijándome con toda gratitud para recibirlo. Me cuido, me valoro y me amo como soy, con virtudes y defectos.
Mi viaje existencial ha sido sustancioso y animado, lleno de bondades, con diversos trayectos y recorridos, siempre dispuesta al cambio y a la evolución, con la mirada en el hacer, deshacer y rehacer. Así lo registra mi bitácora de vida heterogénea y disímil, llena de matices y aventuras del andar, sucesos que uno a uno han ido cimentando mi trayectoria, cincelando con privilegio mi ser, liberando su esencia en sus trazos. Fluyo en un transitar que transcurre en lo inconcluso e imperfecto, dinámico y complejo, que se rehace asiduamente como la vida misma, con aciertos para celebrar y desatinos para aprender y crecer, siempre hacia adelante, teniendo presente mis pasiones y propósitos, sin menospreciar lo importante que soy.
¡Soy maravillosa! ¡Única! ¡Irrepetible! ¡Soy una flama que no se extingue!

Cordial greetings members of #empowertalent, I am incorporating myself for the first time into the dissertation, with emotionality and discursive empathy, to nourish and spruce up the aesthetics that pleases the multi-referentiality of the group contribution, consenting me in the flow of collective learning frameworks, typical of the benefits of dialectics. With satisfaction I join to add mixture and emulsion to my experiences, thus enhancing my being in doing, with reflective pluralism and without arrogant imprints of reason.
For this occasion, we are invited to embellish the essence of our human condition, by socializing on self-love, a call where countless views and conceptualizations will concur, which will revalidate its polysemic and complex nature, conditioned and versed by the lived experiences of those who mean it. Let us go then to the revelations of this nourishing spell, which ennobles and dignifies those who enliven it, with obvious instinct.
My evolutionary and vibrational journey with self-love has been saturated with nuances and sometimes considerable errors, due to my undermining of its acceptance. I had dark days of trepidation in lack, emptiness, and dissatisfaction, with an abbreviated and meager self-esteem, cornered by negativity.
Moments of fullness and well-being were scarce and, although I lived in gratitude, it was not holistic, it lacked seasoning and fruitful essence. I wandered in disconnection with a vague and imprecise sense of life, scattered and flooded with sadness, because, although I understood what self-love was, I did not activate it in me, diminishing my talents, and squandering the value of having myself.
My existence was trivialized by the force of institutionalized fictions such as calendars, schedules, routines, habits, and customs. The convulsive and possessive everyday life took possession of me, standardizing and exerting its heavy load of inertia, reifying and tying up the moments of happiness.
But the turning point came, on a mournful day when I lost a loved one and the transmutation became present, triggering the necessary introspection, to sprout kindness with myself and self-love. From that day on I learned to value myself, to be compassionate and understanding, to recognize myself, and to rejoice in my efforts. I am me, the haven where I will find love without pettiness, the strength to be happy and move forward.
My self-love is distinguished because it loves me as I am, does not judge me, and understands that setbacks are part of the evolutionary process and generate learning. It is the soothing of my soul, an expression of emotional spontaneity, it is energy that empowers and transforms me. I help to overcome blunders, comforting in my misfortunes, eloquent and flowery in its acceptance, zealous and daring in my desires and wills. Patient and restrained, in the lulling of the heart, he is happiness and peace to my spirit. It lulls me with its delicious harmony, that which enraptures and intoxicates me without confines. But too, is challenging and provocative in its questioning, driving with intrigue the journeys of thought, feeding the permanent inquiry, and fertilizing my ideas.
I flow in the ipseity that gives us our meetings, where I meditate and renew tangible and truthful agreements, freeing myself from fears and insecurities, dressing me of optimism, being gentle, and dignifying the value of my time and energy. Likewise, digging into the deepest part of my essence, all the love to give, and rejoicing with all the gratitude to receive it. I take care of myself, and I value and love myself as I am, with virtues and defects.
My existential journey has been substantial and lively, full of goodness with diverse paths and routes, always ready for change and evolution, with an eye on doing, undoing, and remaking. This is recorded in my heterogeneous and dissimilar life log, full of nuances and adventures of walking, events that one by one have been founding my trajectory, chiseling with privilege my being, releasing its essence in its traces. I flow in a journey that takes place in the unfinished and imperfect, dynamic and complex, which is assiduously remade as life itself, with successes to celebrate and blunders to learn and grow, always forward, keeping in mind my passions and purposes, without underestimating how important I am.
I am wonderful! Unique! Unrepeatable! I am a flame that will not be extinguished!

En la medida que pasea por cada uno de tus párrafos buscaba saber que me encontraría en el siguiente, como si esa flama que compartes fuera tomando mayor vigor.
