People who become leaders
No se si las personas nacen lideres o se vuelven con el tiempo, si comprendo que deben tener una base que le da el piso para guiar a otros. Esas películas que a veces veo donde el protagonista es una persona aparentemente sin complicaciones, siguiendo la vida y cuando esta le da un pequeño empujón indicándoles puedes surgir y guiar a otros. Sin pisarlos, solamente sigue tus propios ejemplos.
I don't know if people are born leaders or become leaders over time, I do understand that they must have a foundation that gives them the ground to guide others. Those movies that I sometimes see where the protagonist is a seemingly uncomplicated person, following life and when it gives him a little push indicating that he can emerge and guide others. Without stepping on them, just follow your own examples.
Pienso que los lideres se van construyendo, ellos van marcando la pauta. Muchas veces ellos mismos no saben que son lideres, simplemente van actuando bajo sus enseñanzas recibidas y trata de ser lo mejor para todos.
Son esas películas las que me encantan, los protagonistas comienzan siendo personas que van por la vida, hasta que la vida los hace emergen como lideres, porque tienen una causa para seguir, un esfuerzo que realizar.
I think that leaders are built, they set the tone. Many times they themselves do not know that they are leaders, they simply act under the teachings they have received and try to be the best for everyone.

Leaders have characteristics such as being able to communicate with other people, they are people with empathy and honesty, they are very responsible both in their work and with their friends and family and they have the ability to make balanced decisions that benefit everyone. They find solutions to problems that you would not have seen.
Leaders can make mistakes too. Mistakes in a leader become learning, leaders can learn from their mistakes and will use them to grow.
