keeping all the old thought will keep haunting the present and may spoil the future, as you have moved on in life, it is important to live peacefully and afresh. a new beginning should be cherished , rather than letting the past to haunt it.

That's right my dear Steemflow, a person once told me, the experiences you have had you should share them because you could help someone else , I don't like the idea of going to the past urging bad experiences, I prefer to remember happy moments to be grateful with life, however, if something affected me seriously was the procastination of another person, I delay my life and I lost many years in waiting. I do not wish it to anyone. In his procastination I was procastinating my own happiness and that of my children and that made me feel twice as bad, because it goes against my principles.
I can go into the past to collect these experiences and tell the world about them so that they wake up from their problems, I have healed, I no longer feel pain, I am fine and I am a happy human being.

i understand that sharing the pain helps in reducing it but sometimes, remembering the past always hurts. today morning, while i was in saloon, the barber, started to gossip about his life and his parents. mere listening to him reminded me of my dad, and i get quite emotional. .... past always have mix feeling, .... enjoy and have a nice day ahead,. a tight hug 🤗
