Hoy es mi primera publicación en esta maravillosa comunidad, me uno al encuentro de talentos de esta semana donde nuestra amiga @angelica7 nos invita a hablar un tema que para mí fue crucial en un momento determinado de mi vida Renacer. En la vida soñamos con tener una vida feliz, o esperamos que nuestros años sean de buenos momentos y que estos lleguen al final de la vida siempre con una sonrisa. Por ello cuándo pasamos por momentos difíciles en la vida, pensamos que no seremos capaces de superar situaciones complicadas e inesperadas que surgen de manera sorpresiva y repentina, como fue mi experiencia años atrás debido a una enfermedad temida.
Today is my first post in this wonderful community, I join this week's talent meeting where our friend @angelica7 invites us to talk about a topic that for me was crucial at a certain time in my life, Rebirth. In life we dream of having a happy life, or we hope that our years are of good times and that these come at the end of life always with a smile. That is why when we go through difficult moments in life, we think that we will not be able to overcome complicated and unexpected situations that arise in a surprising and sudden way, as was my experience years ago due to a dreaded illness.
Por esa razón, es importarte tener presentes ciertos aspectos para hacer frente a estos momentos difíciles que se nos presenta. Les cuento que esto sucedió cuando me dieron la noticia de que tenía cáncer de mama. En mi mente, pensaba que todo llegaría a su fin y, en ese instante, sentí una terrible angustia, llena de dudas, sufrimiento y anhelo, y de inmediato pensé que iba a morir. Sin embargo, también me llené de coraje para enfrentar esta experiencia que debía atravesar y trate de buscar la manera de superarla, sin miedo y con gran fortaleza, porque estoy convencida de que nada es imposible.
For this reason, it is important to keep in mind certain aspects to face these difficult moments that come our way. I tell you that this happened when I got the news that I had breast cancer. In my mind, I thought that everything would come to an end and, at that moment, I felt a terrible anguish, full of doubts, suffering and longing, and I immediately thought I was going to die. However, I was also filled with courage to face this experience that I had to go through and I tried to find the way to overcome it, without fear and with great strength, because I am convinced that nothing is impossible.
Es en ese momento desee tener un botón de reinicio para mi vida, para que todo volviera mágicamente a la normalidad como si nada hubiera pasado. Así que viendo todo ese amor de mis seres queridos, apostando hasta un tú puedes, en esos momentos comprendí que si existe ese botón para empezar de nuevo, solo que hay que pulsarlo para poder renacer como el águila y volar hacia la libertad, que con solo teniendo la fuerza interior y la entereza ante las adversidades podrás salir triunfante a esta y a cualquier otra situación que se te presentara en el camino, sin rendirte, y aprendes de cada una de ellas.
It is at that moment that I wished I had a reset button for my life, so that everything would magically return to normal as if nothing had happened. So seeing all that love from my loved ones, betting even a you can, in those moments I understood that if there is that button to start over, you just have to press it to be reborn as the eagle and fly to freedom, that just by having the inner strength and fortitude in the face of adversity you can emerge triumphant to this and any other situation that comes your way, without giving up, and you learn from each of them.

Así que amigos, cada día hay una oportunidad de hacer un cambio en tu vida. No, no hablo de hacer grandes cambios, sino de hacer hincapié en tus tareas cotidianas para lograr mayor felicidad. Desde mi nuevo renacer, lleno de entusiasmo mis días y si están grises los pinto de colores, renuncié a todo lo que podría haber salido mal y acepté el regalo del nuevo cielo, el nuevo amanecer y el nuevo comienzo del universo, reconstruyendo mi camino una y otra vez. Me dedique a trabajar mi autoestima, que es muy importante, para confiar en mí misma y sentirme más segura de lo que hago, de ese propósito por el cual Dios decidió que permaneciera aquí.
So friends, every day there is an opportunity to make a change in your life. No, I'm not talking about making big changes, I'm talking about emphasizing your daily tasks to achieve greater happiness. Since my new rebirth, I fill my days with enthusiasm and if they are gray I paint them with colors, I renounced everything that could have gone wrong and accepted the gift of the new sky, the new dawn and the new beginning of the universe, rebuilding my path over and over again. I dedicated myself to work on my self-esteem, which is very important, to trust myself and feel more confident in what I do, in that purpose for which God decided that I should stay here.
Creo que la verdadera razón de nuestra existencia es superar las dificultades que surgen y levantarse tantas veces como sea posible y no dudar en pedir ayuda a alguien que ha alcanzado todas sus metas y reconstruir la vida una y cuantas veces sea necesario.
I believe that the true reason for our existence is to overcome the difficulties that arise and to get up as many times as possible and not hesitate to ask for help from someone who has achieved all his goals and to rebuild life over and over again as many times as necessary.
