Hola a todos, feliz martes de febrero, deseo que se encuentren muy bien. Hoy en otra semana de talentos, hablando sobre un tema importante como lo es el "Liderazgo".
Según John Maxwell, el liderazgo es la capacidad de influir en otros, y se aprende y perfecciona con el tiempo. Desde muy pequeña me han considerado con la capacidad para liderar grupos, es algo que se me da muy bien, pero en este punto de mi vida, me enfoco en ser mi propia líder.
Desde que comenzó el año 2025, me he mentalizado en ser mi propio líder y fuente de inspiración y de motivación diaria. Soy una mujer resiliente que ha pasado por diferentes etapas en la vida y que cada cambio me ha ayudado para bien.

According to John Maxwell, leadership is the ability to influence others, and it is learned and perfected over time.
Since I was very young I have been considered with the ability to lead groups, it is something that I am very good at, but at this point in my life, I am focused on being my own leader.
Since the year 2025 began, I have made it a point to be my own leader and a source of inspiration and motivation on a daily basis. I am a resilient woman who has gone through different stages in life and each change has helped me for the better.
En líneas generales, a mis 40 años puedo decir que he tenido una vida feliz, he sido amada por mis padres, querida por mis hermanos y tuve una infancia muy feliz.
Sin embargo, cuando me tocó ser adulta, me di cuenta de que lo que me mostraron de niña, esa vida perfecta, no es del todo cierta, pero podemos ser quienes transformen esa realidad y vivir la vida que queremos con las limitaciones que podamos tener.
Y cuando hablo de limitaciones, me refiero más que todo a la parte económica, porque a nivel de espíritu, mente y corazón, todas están alineadas a la abundancia y a la prosperidad.
In general terms, at the age of 40 I can say that I have had a happy life, I have been loved by my parents, cherished by my siblings and I had a very happy childhood.
However, when it was my turn to be an adult, I realized that what I was shown as a child, that perfect life, is not entirely true, but we can be the ones to transform that reality and live the life we want with the limitations we may have.
And when I speak of limitations, I refer mostly to the economic part, because at the level of spirit, mind and heart, all are aligned to abundance and prosperity.
Así que estuve analizando varios aspectos de lo que es la vida y las etapas en las que nos encontramos. Yo en lo particular he vivido muchas de forma apresurada, pues fui mamá siendo muy joven y he entendido, después de eso, que mi prioridad siempre ha sido mi familia y mi formación académica.
Pero me he dado cuenta de que también con el paso del tiempo y las diversas ocupaciones, me fui olvidando de mí, enfocándome en liderar a las personas que me rodean, pero olvidándome internamente de lo que yo sentía.
Así que, como líder de mi propia vida, me he dedicado a construir lo que quiero ser y como quiero envejecer, pensando en lo que yo siento y deseo. Por eso, al iniciar el año, mi prioridad ha sido recuperar la calidad de mi salud que se estaba deteriorando poco a poco.
So I was analyzing various aspects of what life is and the stages in which we find ourselves. I in particular have lived many of them in a hurried way, because I became a mother when I was very young and I have understood, after that, that my priority has always been my family and my academic formation.
But I have realized that also with the passage of time and the various occupations, I forgot about myself, focusing on leading the people around me, but forgetting internally what I felt.
So, as the leader of my own life, I have dedicated myself to building what I want to be and how I want to grow old, thinking about what I feel and desire. That is why, at the beginning of the year, my priority has been to recover the quality of my health that was deteriorating little by little.
He hecho pequeños cambios en mi estilo de vida que me han permitido reencontrarme conmigo misma y entender que yo también debo ser mi prioridad, convirtiéndome en mi propio ejemplo a seguir, demostrándome que la disciplina y la constancia son la clave para lograr los objetivos que me he pautado.
Son procesos en los que vivo actualmente y aunque los resultados serán progresivos, sé que pronto les podré mostrar todo lo que he logrado, arriesgándome y apostando a mí, a continuar siendo mi mayor guía, mi mejor líder y quien siempre estará para mí. Al mejorar esa relación con uno mismo, la vida se ve diferente. Yo sé que puedo y me lo merezco y por eso lo voy a seguir intentando.
I have made small changes in my lifestyle that have allowed me to rediscover myself and understand that I must also be my priority, becoming my own example to follow, showing me that discipline and perseverance are the key to achieve the goals I have set for myself.
These are processes in which I am currently living and although the results will be progressive, I know that soon I will be able to show you all that I have achieved, taking risks and betting on myself, to continue being my greatest guide, my best leader and the one who will always be there for me. By improving that relationship with oneself, life looks different. I know I can and I deserve it and that is why I will keep trying.
