Value Plan in the Kingdom. DECEMBER REPORT

in KBK5 days ago

At the end of November, I published an updated budget for Value Plan's support of the @krolestwo. The budget was quickly approved and we had funds available even before December. So the end of the year was as active as never before.

COSTS

Below is a table of costs. The main cost, as in previous months of support, is space rental. This makes “powered by Hive” events free and accessible to everyone. This month also included on-screen advertising. HBDs covering these costs have been placed in the Development Fund.

Another category is event costs: clay, firing of ceramic works, cocoa beans and a new board game.

Other costs are rewards available in the Kingdom. In December, we expanded the list of rewards to include meals that we order from outside venues via Uber Eats. With this, we solved one problem: the lack of food in the Kingdom. And why do we need rewards? First of all, to motivate people to be active. This is a key element of our Facebook campaign, thanks to which the Kingdom has attracted new visitors.

EFFECTS

The Facebook campaign has proven to be a breakthrough idea. Rewarding people for their activity increased our reach, resulting in new people visiting the Kingdom every month. This has not only influenced attendance, but also the onboarding of Hive. Since the end of November, we have created 12 new accounts. Currently @hive.aid is delegating Resource Credits to 157 accounts. Of course, beyond the statistics are accounts created without the intermediation of the Kingdom.

The number of accounts using Distriator has also increased. Since the end of November, 24 accounts have used the app, with a total of 97 claims, putting the Kingdom in second place in the ranking of spots.

At the end of December, two interviews I gave in late November were published. The first was a webinar organized by Slot Art Festival, a Polish alternative culture festival that is over 30 years old and has a very large community. The topic was the use of blockchain in the Kingdom, so there was a lot of talk about Hive.

The second interview was given to Lithuanian BM TV. Here, too, there were questions about Hive. Both talks were conducted in Polish.

As part of our promotional activities, we published four rolls from events on KBK's Instagram account. After the success of the Facebook campaign in the new year, we plan to publish more on IG as well and stimulate activity using tokenization.

CONCLUSIONS

The support we received from Value Plan has triggered a wave of change in 2024. The @krolestwo has evolved a lot and is constantly changing. Every month brings something new. If we keep up this momentum, in the next few years we will be one of the most popular places in Krakow visited by thousands of people per month. And that means more and more people will learn about Hive. The challenge for 2025 is, first of all, to better organize volunteering, which will allow us to do more tasks and use the potential of the place to a greater extent.
