Few people in such a position would be brave and politically incorrect enough to admit that the minister did not study history well in school and should reread the textbook before making such statements. In general, I think it would be better to approach to a historian with if you want to educate yourself about the subject - instead of a governing clerk of top level. (There are too many sharp edges at the top level that need to be smoothed out...)
