I know R-KELLY is a controversial artiste having numerous charges against him and will probably spend the rest of his life behind bars, one cannot deny the impact of his songs in the world especially during his gospel era. Storm is over was a house favorite anthem that resonated with literally everybody going through a lot especially in this part of the world (Africa).
