Es bien sabido que para evitar alguna lesión muscular tanto en nuestras cuerdas vocales como en nuestras manos es importante hacer un previo calentamiento y ensayo de lo que vamos a tocar o interpretar ya que ésto nos evitará equivocarnos a la hora de grabar e incluso en presentaciones en público. Para los cantantes existen múltiples ejercicios para la voz en lo que llamamos "vocalización" que consta de cantar las notas del piano para afinar y adquirir destreza vocal, se recomienda como mínimo unos 5 a 10 minutos de vocalización y por las mañanas unos 30 minutos ya que es cuando recién nos levantamos y nuestra voz está dormida y necesita despertar o activarse.
Para los instrumentistas el principio es casi el mismo, deben tocar escalas en su instrumento (en el caso de pianistas, flautistas, guitarristas,etc) y los percusionistas al no tener una referencia de notas sino rítmica pueden simplemente tocar ritmos o hacer algunos ejercicios para las muñecas de manera progresiva, es decir, desde lo más lento a lo más rápido.

Desde programas de edición de audio hasta vídeo es importante que como creador de contenido tengamos una noción de como usar y editar en dichos programas. Algunos programas de edición de audio que podemos recomendar para mejorar la calidad de audio, grabar pistas o ecualizar pueden ser: FL Studio, Reaper y Reason.
En muchos casos no solo trabajaremos con audio sino también con alguna imagen de vídeo y para ello podemos usar algún editor como Movavi Video Editor, Capcut (existe una versión móvil y una para pc recientemente) y Camtasia. Y continuando con la edición de imagen también requerimos editar fotografías, hacer portadas para álbumes, divisores de texto para nuestros posts, logotipos, etc. Es ahí donde entran algunos programas como Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom o Adobe Photoshop.

Y éste último consejo es de suma importante porque como todos sabemos la práctica hace al maestro y por ende practicar mucho el instrumento y la voz es muy importante para el progreso tanto académico como personal y profesional, una reflexión sobre la práctica del instrumento es que mientras más lo abandones más trabajo te costará volver al nivel en el que estabas y te pasará factura. Si se puede tener una rutina con el instrumento sería mucho mejor, 5 minutos de practica diarios y controlados por semana pueden hacer la gran diferencia y más si son de calidad, existen muchos métodos de estudio para canto, piano, flauta y demás áreas musicales que son progresivos y nos ayudan a avanzar y mejorar la destreza.

Durante 20 años he venido trabajando en este medio de la música. Y honestamente no ha sido fácil. No se cual es el punto de motivación de ustedes (Al que me lea) Pero en lo personal, siempre ha sido crear algo que suene muy bien y que pueda trascender.
