¡El Crypto Summit del Sur fue simplemente insane 🤯!

¿Pensé alguna vez en pisar suelo paraguayo? Sinceramente, no. Ni siquiera en mi sueño más loco me imaginaba visitando la triple frontera (no, no me refiero a la película), una región conocida por su reputación de "salvaje" (aunque debo decir que la realidad es muy distinta). Paraguay resultó ser una experiencia inolvidable de principio a fin, y les contaré más sobre ella pronto. Por ahora, quiero enfocarme en el maravilloso evento organizado por Joaquín aka CriptoBoi Morinigo.

Did I ever think about setting foot on Paraguayan soil? Honestly, no. Not even in my wildest dream did I imagine visiting the triple frontier (no, I'm not referring to the movie), a region known for its "wild" reputation (although I must say that the reality is quite different). Paraguay turned out to be an unforgettable experience from start to finish, and I will tell you more about it soon. For now, I want to focus on the wonderful event organized by Joaquín aka CriptoBoi Morinigo.

Aunque ya han pasado casi dos meses de este evento, lo recuerdo como si fuera ayer. La experiencia de viajar a Paraguay fue tan épica como el evento en sí, y el regreso a Maracaibo también fue memorable. A diferencia de eventos anteriores, en esta ocasión, al igual que en Cúcuta, me quedé solo los días necesarios para llegar, descansar, participar en el evento, descansar nuevamente y regresar (y, por supuesto, aprovechar los "tiempos muertos" para hacer un poco de turismo).

Algo que marcó mucho este evento para mí fue el hecho de que nuestra ponencia era de 30 minutos, a diferencia de la mayoría que eran de la mitad de ese tiempo. ¡Y además, abrimos el evento! ¡Primera vez en mi vida! Espero que no sea la última porque fue algo que me gustó muchísimo y me encantaría volver a repetir.

Pronto subiré mi participación en el evento, la cual quedó grabada en el canal de YouTube del medio que cubría el evento. Pero, volviendo al evento, luego de mi participación tuve la oportunidad de conocer a las distintas empresas que operan en este hermoso país o que, como nosotros, estaban de visita porque creen en el avance de Paraguay en el área cripto.

Lo interesante de este evento, y es algo que solo me había ocurrido en Argentina, fue la oportunidad que tuve de entrenar mi inglés y aprender un poco de portugués. Esto se debe a que Ciudad del Este tiene salida directa a Brasil y es una ciudad muy turística, por lo que pude hablar de Hive en más de un idioma con personas de todo tipo.

Although it has been almost two months since this event, I remember it as if it were yesterday. The experience of traveling to Paraguay was as epic as the event itself, and the return to Maracaibo was also memorable. Unlike previous events, this time, as in Cúcuta, I stayed only the days necessary to arrive, rest, participate in the event, rest again and return (and, of course, take advantage of the "down time" to do some sightseeing).

Something that really marked this event for me was the fact that our presentation was 30 minutes, unlike most of the others that were half that time, and we opened the event! First time in my life! I hope it won't be the last because it was something I really enjoyed and would love to repeat.

Soon I will upload my participation in the event, which was recorded on the YouTube channel of the media that covered the event. But, returning to the event, after my participation I had the opportunity to meet the different companies that operate in this beautiful country or that, like us, were visiting because they believe in the advancement of Paraguay in the crypto area.

The interesting thing about this event, and it is something that had only happened to me in Argentina, was the opportunity I had to train my English and learn a little Portuguese. This is because Ciudad del Este has direct access to Brazil and is a very touristic city, so I was able to talk about Hive in more than one language with people from all walks of life.

Darte un detalle de cada una de las charlas sería mentirte porque hay algunas cosas que he olvidado con el tiempo. Sin embargo, logré conectar con personas completamente distintas y me alegró muchísimo que en ese país y en ese evento pudiera conocer a un hiver y a un venezolano que me colaboró desde el principio hasta el final del evento. No sé su usuario porque me comentó que desea comenzar de cero en otra cuenta, pero en las redes lo puedes encontrar como "Villawolft". ¡Chamo, si me lees, ¡Gracias!**

Tuvimos un almuerzo en el cual, obviamente, iba a seguir conectando con más personas para así lograr llevar Hive a ese hermoso país en futuros eventos de este tipo o eventos tecnológicos en los cuales podamos tener un espacio para cautivar al público con nuestras charlas básicas o intermedias de Hive, del ecosistema web3 y otros temas que nos apasionan.

Lo otro positivo de ser la primera ponente es que pude ver varias charlas, conversar con muchas personas, estar pendiente de los que llegaban a nuestra mesa y, sobre todo, tener la oportunidad de mostrar en tiempo real qué es Hive, cómo funciona y cuáles son sus casos de uso.

Sin lugar a dudas, el público paraguayo y el público turista que estuvo en el evento se robó mi corazón. Espero que Hive logre crecer en dicho país y los aledaños, como Brasil y Argentina, y el resto de LATAM.

To give you a detail of each of the talks would be lying to you because there are some things that I have forgotten over time. However, I managed to connect with completely different people and I was very happy that in that country and in that event I was able to meet a Hiver and a Venezuelan who helped me from the beginning to the end of the event. I don't know his user name because he told me that he wants to start from scratch in another account, but in the networks you can find him as "Villawolft", so if you read me, thank you!

We had a lunch in which, obviously, I was going to continue connecting with more people in order to bring Hive to that beautiful country in future events of this type or technological events in which we can have a space to captivate the public with our basic or intermediate talks about Hive, the web3 ecosystem and other topics that we are passionate about.

The other positive thing about being the first speaker is that I was able to see several talks, talk to many people, be aware of those who came to our table and, above all, have the opportunity to show in real time what Hive is, how it works and what are its use cases.

Undoubtedly, the Paraguayan and tourist public that attended the event stole my heart. I hope that Hive manages to grow in that country and the surrounding ones, such as Brazil and Argentina, and the rest of LATAM.
