It seems there are quite a lot of meetups the Philippines, highly recommend to join one if there is one near you.
Maybe that Hiver would have loved to meet another Hiver in real life as well! Maybe she's like me, when I'm out, I'm not very observant of people around me. Just recently my husband had to tell me my sister was at the other side of the super market, I failed to see her!
Hopefully you will bump into that person again and you will say Hi.

That really happens sometimes, sometimes others think we have an attitude because we don't even say Hi but in reality we just don't see them. Maybe ma'am (Hiver I encounter) didn't really recognise me that's why she didn't notice me either. I’ll just say Hi first the next time I’ll see her.😄
