I live just outside Reading in a village called Spencers Wood, it’s lovely here. Not far from here we have Wokingham, Bracknell, Newbury, Basingstoke, Henley and many others, thinking of places where we good run a walking meet up much like @steevc is doing.
Trouble is for May 4th (Star Wars day!) my wife is away with the car. I would have driven up, only 50 miles.
As an aside, walking tours are something Tina and I want to write about in our project “Berkshire Bimbles” on Substack but I feel it would be more beneficial to do on here.
