¡Hermoso domingo para todos!✨
Hoy es un gran día para Venezuela, tengo fe en que este será otro partido que ganaremos como equipo. Por ende, hoy me motivé, y quise hacer una carrera de 10km para darle suerte al equipo nacional, la Vinotinto, acá les muestro las lindas fotos que saqué en esta especial carrera.
Tener un motivo para lograr una buena carrera es importante, y yo hoy salí con una gran motivación: Quiero hacer 10 kilómetros para celebrar que hoy juega la vinotinto. Así que me puse mis mejores ropas, mi linda bandera de mi país.
Corrí un total de 10 kilómetros, ni más ni menos, y me sentí tan feliz de haberlo logrado. A pesar de que mi ritmo promedio para este entrenamiento fue de 6:55 /km, me sentí contento, no rompí RP pero logré los 10 y estoy feliz.

Quiero dedicar esta victoria personal para el equipo nacional de Venezuela, la Vinotinto, con toda la fe de que vamos a ganar este partido (mañana estaré actualizando si ganamos, jajaja). Y, hablando de las carreras, en serio, tener un motivo para finalizar mis 10k fue algo esencial, cuando quería rendirme y dejarlo en 8k, mi mente repetía "NO TE DETENGAS".
Me gustaría decirles que estoy curado de mi amigdalitis, y aparentemente por completo. En mi carrera me sentí bien, bastante consciente de mi respiración, tanto por las amígdalas como por estar pendiente de lograr los 10 kilómetros, y ayudó que esta semana cumplí sanamente con mi tratamiento y ya estoy muy listo para darlo todo con mis entrenamientos y, con el favor de Dios, esta semana voy por el podio.

Today is a great day for Venezuela, I have faith that this will be another game that we will win as a team. Therefore, today I got motivated, and I wanted to do a 10km race to give luck to the national team, the Vinotinto, here I show you the nice pictures I took in this special race.
Having a reason to achieve a good race is important, and today I went out with a great motivation: I want to do 10 kilometers to celebrate that today the vinotinto is playing. So I put on my best clothes, my nice flag of my country.
I ran a total of 10 kilometers, no more, no less, and I was so happy I did it. Even though my average pace for this workout was 6:55 /km, I was happy, I didn't break PR but I made the 10 and I'm happy.

I want to dedicate this personal victory for the Venezuelan national team, the Vinotinto, with all the faith that we are going to win this match (I'll be updating tomorrow if we win, hahaha). And, talking about the races, seriously, having a reason to finish my 10k was something essential, when I wanted to give up and quit at 8k, my mind kept repeating "DON'T STOP".
I would like to tell you that I am cured of my tonsillitis, and apparently completely. In my race I felt good, quite conscious of my breathing, both because of the tonsils and being mindful of achieving the 10k, and it helped that this week I healthily complied with my treatment and I am now very ready to give it my all with my training and, with God's favor, this week I am going for the podium.
