Good morning, how are the people of hive run, I hope you are super excellent, I am at ten million%, today I wanted to jog again three kilometers although I had a little fatigue, you see now I am implementing twice a week cardio and what better way to implement cardio in this way, jogging three kilometers. Well it should be noted that my time compared to the other times I have jogged has been a little low, for the same reason I told you at the beginning I was feeling fatigued and well that's why I lowered my time. Actually I feel more efficient when jogging, I don't get tired so fast and I'm moving forward, in previous cases I was tired and just reached the 500 meters and now I got to these three kilometers and well I will put more kilometers when I feel better condition, meanwhile I will improve my time a little more, I hope you liked another race, below I will be leaving the other two races I did this month and see you in the next publication.
