Hola amigos de colmena, hoy tuve un entrenamiento más temprano de lo normal, salí a las 5 am para que me diera tiempo de llegar al trabajo, fueron 7k a buen ritmo, el clima en la ciudad de Tunja me golpeó un poco porque soy de clima cálido y no estoy acostumbrado al frío, estábamos a 8 grados centígrados.
Hello friends of colmena, today I had an earlier workout than usual, I left at 5 am to give me time to get to work, it was 7k at a good pace, the weather in the city of Tunja hit me a little because I am from warm weather and I am not used to the cold, we were at 8 degrees Celsius.
Los primeros 3 kilómetros fueron los más fuertes debido al frío pero después de entrar en calor me sentí más cómodo, una de las mejores partes fue que pude disfrutar de una buena vista al amanecer rodeado de vacas y un hermoso paisaje, lo ideal sería seguir entrenando, mejorando y compartiendo mis avances, muchas gracias por leerme.
The first 3 kilometers were the strongest due to the cold but after warming up I felt more comfortable, one of the best parts was that I could enjoy a good view at sunrise surrounded by cows and a beautiful landscape, ideally I would like to continue training, improving and sharing my progress, thank you very much for reading me.
