Debido a situaciones estoy buscando el lugar adecuado para entrenar al aire libre; aunque bien es cierto que correr en la máquina para caminar me ayuda, creo que necesito otro ambiente. Y hoy las circunstancias me ayudaron a cumplir el entendimiento, poco para muchos bastante para mi, espero que pueda lograr la constancia los próximos días.

El lugar del entrenamiento de hoy es en los Próceres, un lugar muy bonito de Caracas; por lo menos en mi caso, me gusta mucho y es uno de los lugares elegidos por muchas personas para ejercitarse. Me gusta mucho porque siempre hay personas allí.
Ya no me gusta correr en lugares desolados, antes lo disfrutaba, al punto que me iba cerca para correr. Pero ya no me siento segura en los lugares con pocas personas, creo que estaré mudándome de sitios para entrenar al aire libre, siendo los Próceres uno de mis lugares favoritos.
Mi entrenamiento de hoy estuvo suave y acorde a mi ritmo, un poco lento; pero no puedo esperar mucho sino soy constante.
El día de hoy sirvió para calentar músculos y despertarlos; si retomo en forma podré aumentar los resultados 🥳
